Brussels Sprouts with Pine Nuts

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts cored and leaves separated
  • 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
  • Kosher salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until tender.
  • Add Brussels sprouts leaves and sauté until leaves are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add pine nuts and stir until well mixed.
  • Serve immediately.
