Brussels Sprouts with Pine Nuts
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts cored and leaves separated
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
- Kosher salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add garlic and cook until tender.
- Add Brussels sprouts leaves and sauté until leaves are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add pine nuts and stir until well mixed.
- Serve immediately.
