Springtime – the season of renewal. A return to longer days, lighter flavors in the kitchen, and festive feasts. Whether it’s a St Patrick’s theme for lunch, or Mardi Gras happy hour, Epicurean Group knows how to celebrate the seasons with our clients.

For in-season selections all year-long, consider a LiveWell station, * Epicurean Group’s answer to a better salad bar. With colorful descriptions of portion size and creative ways to assemble the perfect bowl, eaters get help as they travel through the lunch line. LiveWell stations offer fewer options than many bars on purpose (reduces waste), but more things to do with them. “Show-plates” teach composed salads, well-balanced for flavor, texture and nutrition.
