- 1 Ā½ cups strawberries
- Ā¾ cup fresh banana
- 9 oz vanilla frozen yoghurt
- 2 cups apple juice (more as needed)

Berry BananaĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Makes 2 smoothies
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1 cup banana
- 6 oz vanilla frozen yoghurt
- 6 oz. raspberry sherbert
- 2 cups apple juice

- 9 oz. orange sherbet
- 9 oz. vanilla frozen yoghurt
