Sautéed Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients:
- 8 medium artichokes, trimmed, peeled, and choke removed; soak artichokes in lemon water to prevent browning.
- 3 ounces extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
