Watermelon BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon diced
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 6 ounces tomato paste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then reduce to a low simmer. Stir occasionally. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Then take a stick blender and blend until smooth.
- Keep warm for use or refrigerate. The sauce keeps for 1 week under refrigeration.
- This sauce is a great accompaniment to chicken, pork, or beef.
